2,611 mapped methane sites (2,588 with reported CH₄ · 675 high-confidence), plus 1,049 renewable plants and 207 remote communities. Waste methane is mined with no grid draw. Other locations get a miner build only where the file records power.
Stranded Canada turns wasted methane emissions into Bitcoin-powered environmental remediation. By mapping 2,611 ECCC-reported methane sites and showing per-site mining ROI (optimistic scenarios always labelled as such), we make sovereign, feel-good giving simple — turning pollution into productive off-grid Bitcoin under Give A Bit's Safe Harbour framework. The same map now carries 1,049 renewable plants (mostly August 2017) and 207 remote communities (2025). Those pins are not free grid power. A miner card opens only where the file records kilowatts or a province capacity factor.
